Update - Message from Dave

"As you all know I have been suffering with a painful right hip for the past few years and I am pleased to say that I am going into hospital on 24th November to have it sorted out.  It is a major procedure involving two operations with a long spell on intravenous antibiotic and I will be out of action from 3-6 months and possibly longer.  This will curtail my appearances but I will be able to deal with autograph signings and mail through the website.  Wish me luck for a speedy recovery."
